Azure Icons by TM is a development consisting of two towers, located directly on La Fossa beach in Calpe, in one of the most recognizable areas of Costa Blanca.
The project includes 72 residential units, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes with mezzanine and solarium (3 bedrooms). The development has two pedestrian entrances – from Avenida Juan Carlos I and directly from the seaside promenade.
The apartments have been designed with a focus on functionality and maximizing views. Units in tower 1 offer sea views and views of the Ifach rock, while units in tower 2 additionally overlook the salt lagoon of Calpe.
Apartments are offered in the excellence standard, while duplexes are in the premium standard, which includes private solariums with jacuzzis. Each apartment comes with a parking space and a storage room in the underground garage, while duplexes include two parking spaces.
The communal areas are designed in a resort style and include a heated infinity pool overlooking the sea, a children’s pool, jacuzzi, beach-style pool, panoramic gym, sauna, outdoor fitness area, and a children’s playground.
